About the Festival

Just after two years existing the GO!C!ART Festival has already become a very Hot Spot for all kind of interntional Artists, Dancers, experimental Djs, Performers and Musicians from all around the world. It start’s a few days before the world biggest Art Fair,ARTBasel. But its not an Off Festival –  it s more. In the small but great Cargobar you have the chance to see fresh events for free wich are not presented on the fair. Last year we’ve seen such greats like Project D.A.R.K. from London, Lutz Baumann from Amsterdam, Brigitte Handley fom Sydney and the Dead Western Trio from California . The First Edition has had some Butho Performances by Valentina Ferraro from Italy and much more – all for free.
The third edition seems to be a bit more difficult to get enough financial background to invite some wanted artists like Edu from Brasil. Costs of flights and other costs seems to be rising. So, Festival Creator Frank Castro decided to ask Friends of the festival to donate and crowdfund parts of the festival via Paypal and direct Contact.
